Enjuanes has been awarded the IX National Biotechnology Award . The scientist will receive the award on February 16 at the Madrid headquarters of ISDE. The ceremony will begin at 12:30, at 208 Serrano Street and will be presided over by Mr. Juan José Sánchez Puig , CEO of ISDE . Dr. Luis Enjuanes , renowned virologist and head of the Coronavirus Laboratory at the National Center for Biotechnology (CNB-CSIC) studied Biology in Valencia and moved to the National Oncology Center in Madrid in the mid-1970s.
